Northeast Oklahoma Flood 2019
8/8/2019 (Permalink)
Rain, Rain and more Rain!!! Spring 2019 was a rainy time in Northeast Oklahoma and surrounding areas. Water starting rising fast as the rivers started to fill. Washington County Emergency management had to keep a steady flow with the dams at Copan and Hulah Lake.
Low areas in Bartlesville around Silver Lake Road and Adams Road caused our Soccer Fields to be under water for more than a month. All we could do was wait for the water to recede before any clean up could start.
Roads to parts of NE Oklahoma were closed for many days, which made getting to any water damage difficult to impossible.
SERVPRO of Bartlesville/Miami strived to answer each emergency call. To do this day, we continue to work on properties affected by the flood damage.
