Disasters don’t choose when or where to strike. Schools are a place of safety and learning for our young students. An unexpected storm struck in the early morning hours before the first day of school. Soon after the storm damage was noticed, school was cancelled for that day, and we arrived on the scene. A broken drainpipe on the roof was the culprit, permitting water to enter two classrooms and a hallway.   SERVPRO of Bartlesville/Miami was ready!  We completed an initial assessment, and started placing water removal equipment as many hundreds of gallons of water would need to be removed during the restoration. With only two days of delayed opening of school, SERVPRO of Bartlesville/Miami was able to get the get the job done.
